On January 12, Consul General Zha Liyou met with Mr. Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, member of the Indian Parliament and Chief Whip of All India Trinamool Congress at the residence.

Both exchanged views on inviting Chinese art troupes to Kolkata and enhancing cultural, economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between provinces of China and eastern India.
